In 2012, our company cooperated with Foxconn to develop the first SMT automatic feeding machine in China. The purpose of research and development is to meet the new accessories processing requirements of the mobile phone soft board industry. The development needs are automatic placement, automatic feeding of soft board, backing and other materials for automatic feeding. The key point is that the placement accuracy is high and the placement yield stability is good.

Our SMT automatic paste accessories machine is mainly used in the FPC and PCB industry soft and hard boards in the electronics industry, mobile phones and other 3C industry screens and accessories on the hardware and plastic casings. The full vision positioning system is provided by two high-resolution CCDs and stable vision software to correct errors in the X, Y and U directions of the label and the Fiducial Mark of the board; high rigidity base, Panasonic servo motor and NSK (or THK, IKO) High-precision screw guide drives the XY axis. The U-axis can be rotated at any angle from 0 to 360° for more flexible labeling. Based on the Windows operating system platform, it has a multi-level operation interface and CCD-assisted simplified programming method, providing users with a simple operation interface and easier setting of the machine's operating procedures. Single board and jigsaw stickers also have SKIP function. The Label Feeder is controlled by fiber optics and stepper motor, and has high precision. The Feeder is easy to load and easy to replace. Various label feeders can be made according to customer specifications.

At present, SMT automatic paste accessories machine has two aspects of development:
(1). Simple high-speed and high-precision placement: The main application industries are 3C products such as mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, PCB hard boards, FPC soft boards, mobile phones or flat-panel housings, screens, etc. .
 
(2) The types of accessories include: waterproof cushion, conductive foam, thermal silica gel, copper foil, conductive cloth with adhesive, high temperature adhesive tape, double-sided adhesive, PET, steel sheet, FR-4 and other accessories.
