SMD electronic material tray automatic labeling machine equipment is used for finished product labeling of electronic material manufacturers or SMT factory feeding and labeling in the factory; the equipment is connected to the customer's MES system for data docking; the feeding rack is designed with four stations. Material tray station, automatic feeding, automatic positioning of the material tray, CCD or barcode reader scans the "production storage label" and automatically calls out the "factory label" template according to the label information and prints it out. The opposite side of the "Warehouse Label" is posted; the second step of scanning the "Factory Label" can automatically call out the "Customer Label or Internal Label" and print it on the original "Production Warehouse Label". The label information is compared as required, and if it is inconsistent, the defective trays will be automatically removed to the defective product area.

Optional: The equipment can choose the labelled trays, put four or five trays into the carton in a stack, and paste the outer packaging label on the carton; after the label is attached, the device automatically folds the carton , and finally blanking for the finished product.
